How to Measure

BUST

Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

NATURAL WAIST

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Keep in mind that your natural waist may not fall at your belly button, in some cases your natural waist may be above the belly button! Here’s how to find your natural waist: stand up straight and tall. While keeping your upper body in a straight line, bend to one side (it helps to look in a mirror when doing this part). See the crease that forms when you bend to the side? That’s your natural waist! Measure around this point.

DROP WAIST

Measure around your body 1 1/2″ below your natural waist.

HIPS

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Note that based on your shape, you may need to take this measurement differently. If you have a full tush, then wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your tush. If you have fuller hips, then use your widest hip measurement, even if it’s above the fullest part of your tush.

INSEAM

To measure on your body, start at the highest point of your inner thigh, and measure from there to your ankle (or wherever you prefer pants to stop). Keep in mind that most pants run long, giving you room to tailor as needed to your preferred length.
