Returns + Exchanges
Ordered something you love, but found that it doesn’t fit quite like you had envisioned? Not to worry we’ve been there!
We welcome returns from both in-store and online orders that are new, unworn, and have tags attached.
To return an item purchased online, simply mail it to the address below within 14 days of purchase. While we’re happy to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75, we are unable to pay for return shipping. Live in the area? Drop by with your item and we will assist you at the shop.
Purchased in-store? Feel free to bring your item by the shop with your receipt for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. Please be sure to bring your receipt for all refunds. No receipt? Not to worry, we are happy to issue you a store credit at the item’s current price
All lovely goods purchased from the “Sale” section online or in-store are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Received a gift, but not in love? We’ll help you find something you’ll adore! Send your new and unworn item, tags intact, for an exchange or gift card for the amount paid. Please include a gift receipt if you have it. Confused? Call us!
